Save the Dates! Parent conferences are quickly approaching on February 12 and 13.
While parent participation is strongly encouraged, it remains optional. As a reminder, we will again use
Pick-A-Time to schedule conferences: https://pickatime.com/hcpss.html. The CMS Pick-a-Time
website will open on February 3 at 6:00 p.m. and will close on February 9 at 10:00 p.m.
There is a wealth of parent resources available as you prepare for your child's conference.

or our newly developed HCPSS mobile app. Please visit www.hcpss.org.
***Please note that all Howard County Public Schools will offer a fewer number of conference slots
this year during the February parent-teacher conferences due to a revised school calendar. The
number of slots offered reflects recent trends with regard to parent attendance during February
conferences. As a result, teachers only have availability to hold 18 parent conferences and
therefore parents will only be able to sign-up for 1 parent conference during February
conferences. As always, if you're unable to obtain a conference slot during the conference window,
you can call or email your child's teacher to arrange for an alternative conference time. Attendance
during February conferences will continue to be closely monitored to determine if future
adjustments to the school calendar are needed.
