  • Quick tech troubleshooting -- try these things first! 

    1. Shut down your device completely by holding in the power button until the light turns off. ​

    2. Hold down the refresh button and tap the power button. 

    3. Make sure your device is charged to at least 30%.

    4. Update your operating system, clear the cache, and allow all cookies. Use the document linked here to find out how.
